1 box Pillsbury White Cake Mix with pudding
1 1/4 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup butter softened
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 (21-oz) can blueberry pie filling
whipping cream or Cool Whip
Preheat 350 oven – Grease 9x13 Baking Dish
In Food Processor, combine Cake Mix, 1c. oats & 6 T Butter until crumbly.
Set aside 1 c. of crumbs.
Add egg to processor, mix & press dough into pan.
Bake 12 min.
To remaining crumbs in processor, add & mix ¼ oats, 2 T Butter, Nuts, Sugar & Cinnamon.
Spread blueberry filling on baked crust. Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake 15-20 min more until light brown. Cool. Top with Whipping Cream.
